The Fun Stuff
School Events and Outdoor Education
Village School is home to great traditions: memorable graduations, the annual Thanksgiving feast, 'Festival of the Arts', school dances, poetry exhibitions, and educational field trips. These events contribute to the culture of Village School and in many ways, personify our unique spirit.
Outdoor Education
Village School’s Outdoor Education Program is an important aspect of our educational philosophy. We are dedicated to providing our students with experiences outside the walls of the classroom. Our group trips also serve to expand the definition of learning and certainly help to foster the cooperative community spirit essential to our success. Approved by New York State, this program fulfills each student's physical education requirements required for graduation.
